Use every morning as the last step of your routine.
• Apply generously 20–30 minutes before going outside (about two finger-lengths for your face and neck)
• Reapply every 2–3 hours, and after sweating, swimming, or towel drying
• Limit time in the sun, and cover up with a hat, sunglasses, and clothing
