Use every morning as the last step of your routine.
• Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure
• Reapply at least every 2 hours, and whenever needed
• Use a water-resistant sunscreen if you're swimming or sweating
• Cover up with clothing, a hat, and sunglasses, and avoid the sun between 10am and 2pm
